One of the things I love about wine is that it is as versatile as my moods. It is never the same in any different location and it can often be unpredictable. Most people who are wine drinkers have a specific type of wine they are drawn to. For example, I hate white wine. I can tolerate it if it is peach or fruity, but dry whites are terrible. I can be very happy with dry reds. Myself and many others have theorized that not only do wine drinkers have a certain type, but certain types match with the personalities of the drinker.
